Ryan Sweeney of SWEENEY PERFORMANCE and Sascha Molnar of MOLNAR HOCKEY join forces to bring you the best training program in the area to elevate your game to the next level.

On Ice with Molnar Hockey from 6:00PM – 7:00PM (26 sessions)
Off Ice with Sweeney Performance from 07:15PM – 08:15PM (26 sessions)

Each off ice session Sweeney Performance training will typically cover:

- Mobility / Range of motion work
- Plyometric training: Jumps, bounds, hurdles, throws, balance / coordination, core strengthening
- Agility / Change of direction
- Speed / sprint training
- Body weight strength training: Getting the kids strong and stable through different movement patterns.
- Conditioning
Each on ice session Molnar Hockey staff will work on skating with and without the puck focusing on inside/outside edge efficiency, balance, open hips movement, cross over efficiency, explosive movements to increase speed and agility while maintaining good balance. We will also be working on stick handling agility and various patterns to increase ability to control the puck at various speeds and angles. Each session will have a conditioning component at least 10-15 minutes of small area games to implement learned skills in a actual game setting, which in turn will also improve the player’s competitiveness and creative thinking.Â
