European “Split” Summer Training: M/Wed/Sun
Locations (days of location): Janas Memorial Arena in Lowell, MA (Mondays and Wednesdays) and Elevate Boston in Andover, MA (Sundays)
Dates: June: 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 22, 26, 27, 29 July: 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 27, 31 August 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17, 21, 22, 24, 28, 29, 31
Time: Each session runs from 06:00PM until 07:00PM (60 minutes long)
Cost: $1260 pay upfront for all 36 sessions or, $960 for Monday+Wednesdays sessions only (Use coupon code: MWSummer22) or $40 drop in for each session you show up to. No sibling discount. No refunds. if you pay for a specific day and do not show up, that payment will not be credited toward next session!
Limit of skaters at each session: 20 skaters + 4 goalies In Janas and 12 skaters + 2 goalies in Elevate Boston
Age group: 12 years and older (need to be a club level player to be able to join these sessions. Email me or call me if you have any questions regarding this). If your son/daughter is younger and still would like to join, please contact me first before you sign up.

Signature “split”: Mondays we will work on skating primarily focusing on inside/outside edge efficiency, balance, open hips movement, cross over efficiency, explosive movements to increase speed and agility while maintaining good balance. Wednesdays we will be working on stick handling agility and various patterns to increase ability to control the puck at various speeds and angles. Each session will have a conditioning component and as well as at least 10-15 minutes of small area games to implement learned skills in a actual game setting, which in turn will also improve the player’s competitiveness and creative thinking. Sundays Are tight area sessions are great to work on body balance and edge control while moving and controlling the puck as well as doing high speed tight area moves and finish with shots. These sessions are great to improve generating scoring chances from complicated areas, tight fakes and cut backs. Each session will have a conditioning component and as well as at least 10-15 minutes of small area games to implement learned skills in a actual game setting, which in turn will also improve the player’s competitiveness and creative thinking.
