No refunds, no credits<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Each off ice session\u00a0<\/strong>Sweeney Performance training will typically cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Mobility \/ Range of motion work<\/li>\n<li>Plyometric training: Jumps, bounds, hurdles, throws, balance \/ coordination, core strengthening<\/li>\n<li>Agility \/ Change of direction<\/li>\n<li>Speed \/ sprint training<\/li>\n<li>Body weight strength training: Getting the kids strong and stable through different movement\u00a0patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Conditioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Each on ice session<\/strong><i>\u00a0Molnar Hockey staff will work on skating with and without the puck focusing on inside\/outside edge efficiency, balance, open hips movement, cross over efficiency, explosive movements to increase speed and agility while maintaining good balance. We<\/i><i>\u00a0will also be working on stick handling agility and various patterns to increase ability to control the puck at various speeds and angles.
